Private 1-to-1 Doctor Video Consultation

Chengdu Puji offers an international consultation pathway for people who want to discuss complementary support during or after oncology care. The care team reviews the information you provide and matches a receiving clinician according to the case, clinical focus and availability. Complementary care is discussed alongside appropriate standard oncology treatment, never as its replacement.

How the video appointment works

Submit the short booking form and pay USD $30, connect with the care team, share available reports through the advised channel, then receive clinician matching and time confirmation before the private video consultation. Clinician availability and suitability are reviewed individually.

What the USD $30 fee includes

The fee covers one private 1-to-1 video consultation with a doctor, review of the information provided and an individualized discussion of supportive-care directions. Medicines, prescriptions, tests, travel and treatment packages are not included.

Care approach and safety

Traditional Chinese Medicine may be discussed as complementary care. Some herbs and supplements can interact with cancer medicines. A clinician should review the complete medicine list, and the local oncology team should remain informed before adding any complementary product. This website and its care advisor do not diagnose or issue prescriptions. Read the evidence and safety guide.

Featured Puji clinician: Wu Xiaoling (吴晓玲)

The Puji team introduces Wu Xiaoling as the director of its Traditional Chinese Medicine oncology department. This is an institution-provided department role, not a claim about professional rank. A request naming her may be noted, while the receiving clinician is confirmed after case review and availability checks. Read Wu Xiaoling's public introduction.

Institution, clinicians and case records

Review the medical institution's public licence information and the English patient case library before booking. Case records describe individual histories; they do not establish treatment efficacy or predict another patient's outcome.

Frequently asked questions

Is Traditional Chinese Medicine safe alongside chemotherapy, radiotherapy or targeted therapy?

Safety depends on the individual regimen and products being considered. Some herbs and supplements can interact with cancer medicines. A clinician should review your complete medicine list, and you should keep your local oncology team informed before adding any complementary product.

What is included in the USD $30 consultation?

The fee covers one private 1-to-1 video consultation with a doctor, review of the information provided and an individualized discussion of supportive-care directions. Medicines, prescriptions, tests, travel and treatment packages are not included.

How is herbal medicine prepared and delivered internationally?

Medicine is not included in the USD 30 consultation. If a licensed physician issues a prescription after a formal video consultation under lawful online follow-up conditions, the care team separately confirms the formula, cost, pharmacy review, destination rules, customs documentation and delivery eligibility before an order is placed.

What happens after the first doctor video consultation?

The care team summarizes the agreed next steps and explains available follow-up. Medicines, testing, travel and continuing services are not included in the initial USD 30 fee and are discussed separately only when relevant.

How is my medical information kept private?

Reports and personal details are used for intake, case organization, specialist review, consultation coordination and follow-up. We do not sell personal or medical information. Materials are shared only with the Puji care team, involved clinicians and service providers needed to operate communications, model-assisted organization, appointments or payment, as described in our Privacy Notice.
