Plan an in-person visit to Chengdu

Our international patient coordination team can help you understand the visit process and contact the licensed Chengdu Puji Traditional Chinese Medicine Outpatient Department before you make travel plans.

What this page is for

This page is for people who are considering travelling to China for an in-person medical visit. We can explain the practical next steps, collect basic travel preferences and coordinate an appointment enquiry with the receiving institution in Chengdu.

Scope of this campaign: the advertised service is an in-person visit in China. It does not offer remote diagnosis, prescribing or treatment to a person in the United States through this page. Any clinical assessment is performed by the receiving clinician in China after the patient presents for the relevant service.

Before you travel

Tell us your country, preferred language and approximate travel window. The team can explain the clinic location, appointment process and information the institution may need to review.

At the clinic

The receiving institution decides whether it can provide an in-person service and which clinician or department is appropriate. A visit is subject to availability and the clinician’s independent assessment.

Practical coordination

We can help with communication, translation and appointment logistics. You remain responsible for travel documents, visa requirements, accommodation and local arrangements.

Clear terms before payment

Visit-specific services, prices, payment instructions and cancellation terms are confirmed in writing before any payment is requested. This page does not take a payment or promise a treatment result.

How the enquiry works

  1. Share basic contact details. Please do not put a diagnosis, medical report or medication list in this initial form.
  2. We confirm the request. A member of the coordination team will ask about your travel timing and communication needs.
  3. The institution reviews availability. The receiving institution independently decides whether an in-person appointment can be arranged.
  4. You receive written details. If a visit can be arranged, we confirm the service scope, price and payment or cancellation terms before payment.
This is not an emergency service. If you have urgent symptoms, contact your local emergency service or a local licensed healthcare professional.
