PujiCAMInformation we collect
We collect information you choose to submit, such as your name, contact details, messages, medical information and reports, as well as appointment and payment information needed to support your request. For confirmed payments this can include the amount, payment reference, internal order identifier, PayPal order or capture identifier and verification status. PujiCAM does not receive or store your complete payment-card number through this checkout.
How we use it
We use this information for overseas patient intake, organization of case information, arranging consultations, payment reconciliation and notifications, follow-up communication, and responding to service or refund requests.
Retention of payment records
Confirmed-payment order records are normally retained for up to 365 days for reconciliation and support. Some records may be retained longer where reasonably necessary for accounting, tax, fraud prevention, a payment dispute, a legal obligation or the establishment or defense of legal claims.
Website usage analytics and source attribution
We use privacy-minimized first-party analytics to count page views, visits, engagement, consultation or contact-link clicks, and whether an anonymous visitor is currently active on a page. These records may include random browser and tab identifiers, page paths, referring hostnames, timestamps, browser language, country code supplied by our hosting provider, and a signed source code that may identify the platform, PujiCAM account, post, content hook, creative, target region, and call to action that led to a consultation. The source code does not contain a diagnosis, cancer type, report content, form content, or chat message. We do not store raw IP addresses, form contents, chat messages, or medical information in website-usage records.
AI-assisted communication and organization
PujiCAM may use an authorized cloud model provider to generate automatic replies during pre-consultation communication and to organize messages into summaries, service-stage labels, and questions. It is provided for information collection and appointment coordination only; it is not a diagnosis, prescription, or treatment decision. We minimize direct identifiers before model processing where practicable.
How information is shared
We do not sell personal or medical information. Information is shared only with the Puji care team and service providers needed to operate the website, communications, appointment coordination, model-assisted communication or organization, or payment process. PayPal processes checkout and payment-method information under its own privacy terms.
Security and your choices
We use reasonable safeguards for information handled through our services. Do not enter a diagnosis, report content or card details in the confirmed-payment form, and please do not send unnecessary sensitive information by email.
