You may cancel at least 24 hours before your confirmed doctor video appointment time for a full refund of the USD $30 consultation fee.
Rescheduling
You may reschedule once without charge if you contact us at least 24 hours before the confirmed appointment time. The new time and receiving clinician are subject to case-based matching and availability.
Late cancellation or missed appointment
The USD $30 fee is not refundable for cancellations made within 24 hours of the confirmed appointment time or for a missed appointment, except where required by applicable law.
If we cannot provide the appointment
If Puji cannot provide the confirmed doctor video appointment, you may choose a new appointment time or a full refund of the USD $30 consultation fee.
Other confirmed payments
Payments made through the Pay a Confirmed Amount page are separate from the USD $30 appointment. Cancellation and refund eligibility depends on the product, delivery or service terms confirmed with you before payment, the fulfillment status and applicable law. Contact the care team promptly if you need to request a cancellation or refund; the 24-hour appointment rules above do not automatically apply to these payments.
How to request help
Email care@pujicam.com with your name, contact method, payment reference, the amount paid and the reason for the request. We will review the request and reply by email.
