You may cancel at least 24 hours before your confirmed appointment time for a full refund of the appointment fee.
Rescheduling
You may reschedule once without charge if you contact us at least 24 hours before the confirmed appointment time. The new time is subject to availability.
Late cancellation or missed appointment
Fees are not refundable for cancellations made within 24 hours of the confirmed appointment time or for a missed appointment, except where required by applicable law.
If we cannot provide the appointment
If Puji cannot provide the confirmed appointment, you may choose a new appointment time or a full refund of the USD $30 appointment fee.
How to request help
Email care@pujicam.com with your name, contact method, payment reference, and confirmed appointment time. We will review the request and reply by email.
