Appointment fee

This fee is for appointment coordination and an online consultation booking. Before an appointment is scheduled, our care team will contact you to collect the basic information needed to arrange the consultation.

What is included

Initial case intake, organization of the reports you choose to share, and coordination of an available online consultation time with the Puji care team.

What is not included

This appointment fee does not include medicines, prescriptions, treatment packages, laboratory tests, travel, emergency care, or any promise of a clinical outcome.

After payment

We will contact you by the contact method you provide to confirm the information needed for your appointment and arrange an available consultation time.

Cancellation, rescheduling and refunds

You may cancel at least 24 hours before the confirmed appointment time for a full refund of the USD $30 appointment fee. A confirmed appointment may be rescheduled once without charge when requested at least 24 hours in advance. Requests made within 24 hours of the confirmed appointment time are not refundable, except where Puji cannot provide the scheduled appointment; in that event, you may choose a new appointment time or a full refund.
