PujiCAMScope of the appointment service
The USD $30 fee covers one private 1-to-1 doctor video consultation, review of the information provided, and an individualized clinical assessment and care-direction discussion, as clinically appropriate. AI may provide automatic pre-consultation replies and organize information; it does not provide the paid doctor video consultation, a diagnosis, or a prescription. The fee does not include medicines, prescriptions, tests, travel services, or a treatment package.
Clinician matching and appointment confirmation
After intake, PujiCAM matches a receiving clinician according to the case information, clinical focus and availability. A requested date or time is not final until the care team confirms the receiving clinician and appointment time. If PujiCAM cannot provide the confirmed appointment, we will contact you about rescheduling or the applicable cancellation and refund options.
Confirmed-amount payments
The Pay a Confirmed Amount page is separate from the USD $30 appointment checkout. Use it only after the care team has confirmed the exact amount and what the payment covers. Entering or paying an amount does not by itself create a prescription, medicine order, shipping commitment, treatment plan, or guarantee of a clinical outcome. PujiCAM does not add a PayPal processing surcharge. Any product, delivery, service and refund terms are those confirmed with you before payment, together with applicable law.
No guaranteed outcome
PujiCAM website content and pre-consultation communication are for education, intake, and appointment coordination. They do not guarantee diagnosis, symptom relief, immune effects, reduction of treatment side effects, treatment suitability, clinical outcomes, or cure. Patent status does not prove that a product or method is suitable or effective for an individual patient.
Your information
You are responsible for providing accurate contact details and for sharing only information you are authorized to provide. Reports may be shared when available, but lack of a report does not prevent intake or payment; the receiving clinician may explain any limits on case-specific review when records are unavailable.
Payment and refund
The USD $30 appointment cancellation and refund terms are stated in our Cancellation & Refund Policy. For any other confirmed payment, the written description and terms confirmed before payment apply. Contact the care team promptly if an amount or description appears incorrect and do not approve the PayPal payment until it is corrected.
