Email care@pujicam.com with the subject “Data Deletion Request”. State which PujiCAM service you used and provide the email address or WhatsApp number used to contact us. Do not attach medical reports or identity documents to the initial email.
Identity verification
To protect patient information, we may ask for limited additional information to confirm that the requester is the person associated with the account or conversation. We will not ask for a password or payment-card number.
What the request covers
After verification, we will delete or de-identify eligible contact details, messages, uploaded records, and derived intake summaries held in PujiCAM-controlled systems. Information may be retained where required for legal, security, payment, dispute-resolution, or medical-record obligations.
Third-party services
Meta, WhatsApp, PayPal, and other independent services control information in their own systems. Requests concerning those accounts must also be submitted to the relevant provider under its privacy process.
